They cut the tip of your mandible, move it forward and downwards and reattach it, costs like 10k. Although your case, I'd go for an implant instead, ASSUMING YOU HAVE NO ISSUES WITH YOUR JAW, on which case jaw surgery is better

I’m almost 16 so I’m still growing so most of it is prolly just getting older I was abt a year late hitting puberty but I did chintucks tried thumbpulling for 2 months mewed for 2 years and chewing properly and posture fixing and mouth tape for 2 years but the 2 degrees was over past 6 months
