I don't know what you look like but I doubt you are repulsive to the point where dudes wouldn't want to be friends with you. All my life I've had cystic acne, poor hygiene, shit hair/hairline, high body fat, and incel tier clothing on top of other falios. Despite this, I've had no issues making solid friendships with dudes and even some girls. However, I'm 6'4 and black with a decent frame, so that probably plays a role in people respecting me more.
