I’m currently supplementing:
vitamin D 5000IU/day
vitamin E 400IU/day
vitamin C 1000mg/day > reduced to 500mg/day
letrozole 2.5mg/day
high protein intake and frequent exercise

I haven’t tested my default testosterone levels yet, but it sure as hell wasn’t this initially lol

I’ve been on this for around 2 weeks and the only noticeable side effect so far is worsening acne, but am I at any serious danger with my current routine? From what I’ve seen there’s no problem with my current dosages of multiple vitamins, as I’m taking them as according to instructions

don’t think I got this tested + don’t have to the means to for a while

judging from this it sounds like done something incredibly retarded and nuked the shit out of it though, which I heard can be dangerous and counterintuitive

keeping it simple (I’m retarded) should I not be taking these supp’s while on letro? what can I stay on?

Are you a teenager trying to get taller? If you have crashed estradiol, your lipids are probably fucked. I'd recommend citrus bergamot and niacin (flushing type only) to raise your HDL.

quite obviously but I’m not trying to die before I get the chance to try and fail and LDAR in the end

as for what I’m running right now, should I just stop taking it all, or some? I don’t think I should be hopping off letro any time soon until I get my hands on some aromasin

I wouldn't stop, but your doses are those of a woman with breast cancer. I would halve it. Aromasin isn't necessary if you have letrozole, unless you want to switch. Your next task should be to raise your growth hormone levels, either with HGH secretagogue peptides or HGH. And like I said, take niacin and citrus bergamot to raise your HDL, they are cheap supplements and work well for improving the lipid profile.

I’ll hop off vit E as it seems to be more on the dangerous side of experimentation

my current letro pills are already quite small in size so halving the dose might prove difficult unless I could just take one every 2 days instead

Yes you can take one tablet every two days. Letrozole has a long serum half-life.

There is literally 0 reason to take letro unless heightmaxxing.

Low estrogen can damage your brain, heart and fuck your mood.

I haven’t exactly noticed the moodfuckery yet but maybe that’s because I’ve only been on it a month

I might hop off the supplementation of vitamins though as the acne is worsening and I’ve heard things about it stunting growrh

@pessimistic

if it were you, would you hop off the test-boosting supplements for now?

are there really any benefits of maintaining >1000ng/dl levels of testosterone while a teenager?

If it improves growth and adds desirable characteristics im all for it but right now I’m just seeing bad acne which isn’t good considering I head to university in 2 months

Test boosting supplements are all cope, jfl if you think you can get >1000ng/dl.

these are literally my blood test results
if it really is cope then that would mean i had these levels by default 🤷‍♂️

Yep, but let me tell give a more detailled answer, I have looked into that shit extensively and I am now on TRT :

When I say test booster are cope, I am refering to the fact that they won't increase it by much. Only exception is if you have very low levels because of a very shitty lifestyle(alcholism, sleep deprivation, horrible diet, all the above, etc). If you live a decent lifestyle, there is no way to increase your level by a significant amount. No one is going from a normal level of 500 to 1000 with supplements. The best that can normally be achieved is a moderate increase of maybe 100ng/dl which won't make a difference on how you feel.

So yeah if you got your blood checked and you have 1000ng/dl, I say maybe the supplements have helped a bit, but you clearly had very high levels naturally beforehand. Congratualation, this is very rare indeed. Just make sure to check for free testosterone, as you might have very high SHBG, and therefor more modest free T levels.

I’ll definitely look into that thanks dude

I personally find these levels unreliable as I personally don’t feel like a person w high test
