Yes, but i din't think it's worth if you're and adult it will take years for change this, you could assume wearing braces at 23 ?
Just take a surgery then a bimax and that's all.

3-4 years probably, most of underbite problems are treated during childhood for that reasons (except hard underbite who absolutely needs a surgery).
However you are lucky, if you have a moderate underbite then it's almost invisible, you have just the under lip who is quite bigger but that's all, imagine being born like him :
