hmtn front hltn side imo. u look good, ur nose and mandible holding u back quite a bit. u can either take a trip to ur ortho or hold a perma jut and cant do much for ur nose but rhino and u said no surgery so idk. not much u can do beside surgery but basic grooming

nga js ssaid hmtn front.... ltn to hltn front , u look fat , long midface narrow lips bad ears and horrible nose , get a rhino grow ur sides and lose bf , ur ramus is short, u need at least 2 surgery to get to htn.

Wdym grow my sides? Also you said I look fat but body wise I’m quite lean so it’s just bloating in the face, does cutting salt and upping potassium intake work
