bone growth has nothing to do with age
Indeed bone growth only stops when the sutures fuzes. The sutures in the face are the last to fuze. They usally fuze in the early to mid 20s

i meant bone growth, like jaw and cheecks
If you want bonegrowth on your jaw and cheeks you need to have open sutures bit if you are under 25 you probably have it

dude a correct number of nutrients and hormones maximize your body, then why athletes take 1000 types of vitamins

It can helps the mood and bone health for sure.

It doesn't physically grow bones in a way it's going to affect you look lol

Vitamin K2 won't magically widen your jaw or cheekbones but it's still beneficial for your bones and blood vessels (and many other things). Especially if you aren't eating enough green veggies or take large amounts of vitamin D
