there is no magic formula that will make you taller despite what the giga copers on this forum preach.

Messi injected lots of stuff into him growing up including growth hormones and only managed to reach 5'7". If you are genetically destined to be a manlet, then that's what you're gonna be most likely. Ofc you might have a growth spurt and end up tall, so there is hope until you stop growing.
