IS THIS MORPH ACHIEVABLE?

Do you guys think this is achievable with my surgical plan?

As I’ve discussed many times before I am getting a 3 piece genioplasty which will have forward advancement, vertical step off, and widening.

As well as getting custom jaw angle implants, which may wrap around a bit down the mandible, but not all the way to the chin.

Thoughts? Achievable?

I’m already on 20mg daily, I started in late April and it’s only slightly better, if it’s not better by like August, I’m doubling to 40mg daily. Dry lips is brutal tbh

Yeah your skin quality’s kinda shit can’t help u much though pin ghk and use tazarotene ig

U think accutane won’t be enough? I’ve seen some crazy transformations with accutane not just improving acne but also making skin look like glass.

im on accutane 20mg since 8 months + moisturiser would have never thought my skin would be that clear

Sorry I think I used the wrong term, when I was referring to the step off I meant that I want to heighten my chin like this, so I have a taller lower third




The jaw implant is obviously to flare my gonions more, but also wraps around so it doesn’t make my jaw look weird from the front.

Realistic morph for sure. Widening genio isn’t super common, most surgeons I’ve seen can’t reliably widen the chin much nor predict how it will look on soft tissue — it’s far riskier to widen than simply slap a square implant on the chin.

If you want a very specific or square shape it’s often a good idea to just do a normal genio + slap a square implant on top during the same surgery.

Either way, excited for you, this will be awesome.

Gladly I’m most likely going with Ramieri (maybe Pagnoni) who is known for being able to do a genioplasty which can widen.

Ramieri has even made 2 studies of complex genioplasties which fixed asymmetric chins, I think this could also be used in order to widen the chin (my chin isn’t very asymmetric, just needs widening).

It could also be the case that I get the heightening and forward advancement, and get an implant to give the square shape, which you mentioned. This of course is viable and can give good results.


I will keep you and this sub forum updated on this complex gemioplasty, could be lifefuel for chincels.
