I can get the trimax and sarp for free. Then it's just bone grafting and fat grafting for my lips forhead and browridge

if you want some advice tho focus on your front as your profile is pretty unsavable, focusing on individual features and appeal will be of greater benefit that trying to achieve an impossible (for you) side profile, front > profile anyway

in his case, it's more due to the whole forehead/supra region being recess rather than a beluga forehead. a frontal implant would be better
