Also Im like 20% bf and bloated rn I just got back from vacation so leaning down aswell as aqualyx.

also im 14 but my family has a lot of money and both my parents have had a lot of plastic surgery (im pretty sure they would let me get atleast the rhino and lip lift)

Not sure if rhino can fix that, but if it can, I'd say the rest is realistic.
