Would help a lot, but lose weight first and see if you still need buccal fat pad removal

lip lift are you crazy? your upper lip is already big and your philtrum is average length (ideal for men)

Honestly this is minor as hell so yes. Most of it you can do without surgeries though. Just get to like 10-12 percent body fat. If you feel like you still hold some buccal fat, that's an easy and painless procedure.

post your side profile without beard, you might not need this, or there might be a better way of fixing it if you do need it altered

Looks good. Rhino is common too. Just find a good surgeon since you NEVER want a revision for something like that.
