Is this morph possible with surgery?

Planning to get chin heightening, widening and lengthening genioplasty, as well as BSSO if I can find a surgeon who will be happy to perform on me.

Also maybe jaw implants as you can see in the morph my jaw is wider.

This may look a lil unrealistic/uncanny cus I’m a shit morpher but could I get close with the base I have now, if it’s not as drastic as this i dont mind, getting anywhere close to this with surgery would mog.

I also widened my neck, cus I’m gonna train my neck a lot over the next few years.

Maybe not exactly but if you apply volufine near the top and bottoms of your lips you can have a similar look as the bottom. The jaw morph seems to be overcompensating for the overly widened/long and thin lips.

I was hoping I could just get BSSO with heightening genioplasty and implants with Giant and Pagnoni. Or chin wing too.

I’m recessed btw so BSSO would ascend my front profile, adding more height to it. The width would come from chin wing/ implants

Bimax seems overkills tbh.. would have to see the side though.

What surgeons are you considering in terms of bsso and genio? I’m looking forward to getting pretty much the same surgery, that being bsso and sliding genioplasty. Ofc I only want to get the job done by the best surgeon possible
