Poorcell here. If I had the $. I actually would get that last. I'd fix mouth area. Then eye orbit implants. Then hair (with a fringe cut i could fraud good hairline)

After ascending from these surgeries I'd get mse (for health reasons better breathing better tounge posture) and reimplant teeth that got taken out during orthodontics. Bimax to fix reccesion then get a chin implant and call it a day

The level of ascension would be ridiculous with these surgeries
