starving is low iq thing to do, just be active and eat healthy, don't eat bread processed food, fried food, sweets etc, eat red meat, eggs, milk and you will be ok trust me. Do some activities like swimming, street workout for a start, walking bunch of steps per day and you will get to 13% body fat fast and healthy.
