Tho when looking at actors there’s a high chance he’s wearing makeup I’ve seen ppl with not so much cheek fat irl tho

that is perfectly achievable with almost perfect myofunctional habits and craniofacial development in your youth + high-bone mass ... when I am very debloated, my cheeks look like that, and the actor has an extraordinarily deep canine fossa creating a sculpted look as if his skin is stuck to his skull
