Past few months my head and torso is always to hot and my feet are freezing even if I wrap them in 10 blankets and wait a while.

Started getting heart palpations when changing posture a month ago and also the feeling of falling randomly I could be chilling laying down on my bed and it’s like my brain tenses up and it feels like I’m falling backwards

Past 2-3 weeks the palpitations been happening very often and I got a ecg and was fine but also the slightest things are giving me insane adrenaline and making my heart beat out my chest

Also keep getting the goosebumps / shiver feeling go down my body constantly but it is usualy a emotional response but even the slightest emotional stimulus can activate it like the other day I was watching a video of a Indian guy getting pushed into a pool on reels and it made it go off and sometimes it’s every couple minutes

Think my nervous system is fucked or I’m dying from malnutrition

I forgot to add the chest pains and ears ringing constantly and I keep hearing this random noise that sounds like a zipper or a scrape but nothings making the noise and the tips of my toes be going numb somtimes And when I lean forward the pressure in my head is unbearable
