Is this nature made multivitamin good?

I’m mainly using it for the zinc but there’s other shit I need probably. I know my diet could be better but it’s tough to get my greens in everyday. Any vitamins in here that will raise estrogen or lower T? I think the biotin is low enough that it shouldn’t raise estrogen noticeably

don't take multivitamins with iron in it otherwise it would have been solid, you want to keep iron intake to a minimum for health

you need to eat beef liver and oysters actual nutritious foods not veggies

iron and zinc deficiency wouldnt be a problem don't listen to bluepilled health advice
