i havent had too much of an ascension these last months but ever since i started doing this everytime im walking alone in public i always put my headphones to listen to indie niche terramogging songs on soundcloud it makes me more confident is this true ND activity or just something people do often

diagnosed with adhd and suspected of autism, im on venvanse and antidepressants (tho i dont like the idea of taking the last one)
