theres a lot of things but fat dissolvers, lowering body fat (obviously) and trying to grow ur jaw with androgens and bone anabolic compounds
then fixing ur misc so like skin and hair eyebrows etc...
id recommend analyzing your entire face (objectively) trait by trait and writing down what's good and what's bad, then looking for solutions for each

Nothing special about the eyes, theyre just monolid
Nose is short and wide
Philtrum is long
Moustache Outline is not good(low DHT sensitivity-->poor beard growth, low test also)
Eyebrows are a little too high, theyre unsymmetrical for some reason
Non-Existant zygos
Cheekbones are too close to the face front and are not high nor low
First time Ive seen a <1 Chin to Philtrum ratio
Lips are poor, bottom lip looks too bland with an unconsistent colour while the top lip is curved in an unappealing way
Very Short Ramus with Inward Gonions(suicidefuel)
Might have gotten wrong 1 or 2 things because the pic hes using a screenshot of a tiktok pic with 3 filters to fraud
Also Skin is Horrible
Chin is the only thing in your face that is higher rated than a 4/10
Unsymmetrical ears
Personally I would rate you as a 4/10 because all of your features are so dogshit that they fit themselves and have some harmony, an average woman would instantly swipe right on tinder unless you had your height set as 6'6, if so then shed look at you for 10 seconds and then with a 30% chance swipe left
