Works but mainly a woman surgery for them to improve their lash exposure men generally have too large brow bones to even consider this.

I have droopy lower eyelids that make my canthal tilt look more negative

ive never seen a blackpiller get blepharo, im not really sure what it does

Overrated for straightening lower lids
What's the best surgery for cases like OP provided there's optimal bone mass and projection in the region in your opinion?

True, good for tightening the lids if lose due to lack of bone however.
Yeah, better but still underwhelming even in that case, more useful to get rid of the undereye hollowness caused by sagging orbits/poor upper maxilla growth. Lower ild retraction if done correctly and really needed usually has very good results.

Lower lid retraction a.k.a lower blepharoplasty for some surgeons. Droopy lids are a pretty heavily underrated failo imo, can make or break an eye area.
