Is this normal at the end of bulk?

I gaiend 9 kg, went from 13 percent to 17-18 percent fat.

My abs are gone and face looks bloated af but when I cut it will be all good again right??

Yes, it should.

Unless you somehow managed to atrophy the muscles in your abs and lost them, they should be visible when you cut down again.

Ideally they should be even more defined than last time because bulking would've built more muscle.

And your face will probably remain similar to what it was before the bulk.

You'll be all good when you cut, but my advise (and it may seem unorthodox) don't go on cuts and bulks, you DON'T need a surplus in calories to gain MUSCLE. Js eat enough protein and train hard enough brah

I agree bro. But it was an accidental dirty bulk so I just said fuck it damage has already been done so I just continued it lol
