Is this normal to have these thoughts

I mean sometimes I get suicidal thoughts but then I deadass start looking at serial killersand stuff and thinking abt being them like Patrick cruise or sum shi like I actually think abt killing ppl but it’s not something I would do kinda like how everyone thinks abt being a girl but they wouldn’t fully become trans yk

My parents won’t let me do therapy and if I tell my dad I have suicidal thoughts he js ask me if I am taking my meds

I think it get to a point where its not normal anymore but how much are you sleeping a night ?

I usually try to get 8 hours but in the past week or two I have only been getting like 3-6 and I haven’t been dreaming which is wierd since I usually have very vivid dreams but I don’t think I’m psychotic I fr think it’s bc I quit taking adderal for some reason

Actually nvm a few nights this week I only got like 2h and one night I didn’t sleep but I’ve also been depressed and haven’t left my room or done basic hygiene in 2 weeks idk wtf is going on
