Guys i didn't workout for like 3 weeks and when i came back, I went full blast on my back workout. I did everything as I did before. But ithe region between my biceps and forearm is hurting for like 3 days and like i cant stretch it without pain. I'm working out for like 8 months and this is the first 3 weeks break i get. Also I stopped taking creatine in like 2 weeks, maybe is this the reason?
Also, should I workout today even with this problem? Like doing legs (ew) or something.
