I walk around in circles for hours and talk to myself the longest I did this for is 7hours I've been doing this since I was five. Is this something I should worry about?

I do it sometimes when I'm thinking or stressing a lot over something. Pacing and talking to yourself is normal but for 7 hours it's kinda extreme.

I usually do it for 4 hours a day the only reason I don't do it 7 hours every day is because i use looksmax and youtube.
