I just bonesmashed like 15-20 minutes ago and it's my first time ever bonesmashing this much time and this hard, I've been hitting my face for around 30 minutes and after finishing I touched my chin and it felt like touching it after I got stung by a wasp.

I know it doesn't look too bad or anything but I took this photo rn and stopped bonesmashing 20 minutes ago. It also feels like I got a filler now but ik it is supposed to feel like that.

Yea mine feels like that too sometimes it should be no issue i think it’s probably just inflammation
