Its something that has sort of developed in recent years.
Looking in the mirror and seeing my reflection feels like a different person. So much so that when getting undressed when taking a shower or pulling down my pants to use the toilet feels uncomfortable because the mirror can see me.
Feeling slight embarrassment when brushing my teeth in front of the mirror because all I can imagine is a person standing there wondering why i'm brushing my teeth in front of them.
Or looking into my eyes in the mirror and then looking away in order to not hold eye contact for too long, so not make the "other person" in front of me uncomfortable.
Or not standing too close to it because you dont want to be too face to face with someone.
Aspie or normal?
