Not true carbs are significant and set this off

You can lose weight with completely proportional macros, yes, but less efficiently by a long shot compared to a near ketogenic diet

Nobody can say unless they knwo ur exact lean body weight and ur movement day to day. iT sounds like ur not eating much tho so how sustainable tht will be idk. idd add fibrous carbs to thhhe meat.

I ate a lot before and I run a low as well as walking the only times where im laying or sitting js when I have to realistically
