Is this pheno actually common in North Africa?

Atlanto Med / "Eurafricanid"

Given that it's called Atlanto med, it implies that it's the med pheno that has the most influence from Northern Europeans / common among Isles inhabitants
Yet it also has north africans lumped in as well
There is no shared appearance between a Welshman and a Moroccan, it seems ridiculous that a pheno allows both to fall under the same umbrella



Also does my avi Marios Lekkas fit the bill of Antlanto Med or is her more of a Nordid Type as some people have said
The more I look into this shit the more vague and un cohesive it seems since
