Is this physique change possible naturally in 13 months?

This is my dad in 2008-2009,never trained before and in 13 months exactly he completely changed his physique.

could this of been done naturally cos chat gpt says it looks like he gained 10kg lean muscle and that’s only possible in 2-3 years unless you have elite muscle building genetics. but my dad claims he’s always been natural. He said he weighed 90kg then.

So was this transformation natural or not?
