It's possible that you can achieve most of what you are looking for through dying your eyebrows.

nothing faceapp made them pinker

but irl i dnt really control it, i feel like scrubbing it and being well hydrated make them pinker but there’s day where they look pale

just use olive oil, I generally just drink it, and the olive oil touches my lips, it smoothens the lips and makes them pinker.
