I mean i am pretty knowledable on surgery.
That said with face surgerys i learnt that communication is hard.

Yh I only had 6mm genio forward and went from birdcel to normal projection so u wouldn’t even need 7mm

Pretty, but imo it looks to projected and I think most surgeons would just recommend u do 5mm max as that’s all u really need
