you can try icehooding and squinting but its mostly cope, upper eyelid fillers would help this and possibly canthoplasty/blepharoplasty

your canthal tilt is fine and you already have no scleral show, so i dont know about a canthopexy, upper eyelid fillers would ascend you much better and theyre pretty cheap too

i'll wait on any small changes like filler until after my bimax most likely, but what is the difference between canthopexy and canthoplasty
