When its cold/hot or when embarrassed i guess but its always there just a little bit no matter what

id ofc recommend a consult w a professional derma. ur aims rn r to improve vasoconstriction n to fix ur skin barrier. ur skin is prob quite sensitive so avoid rubbing it, strong topical retinoids, n heat exposure (midday sun, sauna, etc.). skincare wise, try using a 15% azelaic acid cream WITH the proper skincare (moisturizer, gentle cleanser, toner, etc.)

Thx yeah im kinda sunning 30-60 mins everyday rn cus of mt2 but ive been using azelaic again and a gentle skin care routine but also gone go to derma soon
