I would up the dose of ostarine, and I would also change to taking the MK677 in the morning, or lower the dose that your taking at night. Personally if I went above 10mg right before bed I could not fall asleep for shit. Keep in mind MK677 makes your body think your in a fasted state which triggers a fight or flight response that varies on the dose. Berberine is a good addition to limit blood glucose and dont forget a pct

Left this shithole of a place cause it’s just larpers and cope, but I came back to find a post and saw u replied, I stopped coping and took rad enclo (pct and during) aromasin mk677 but personally I sleep ok with it but yeah I take it in the morning now Thx

Dude just do test and cut out everything else aside from the aromasin. It's cheaper and probably better for you
