How do I correct this? DJS;.. with or without CCW? (my maxilla is recessed in CCW, look at the nose, all of my family have straight noses)
If DJS with CCW how do it so I don't end up like a more short faced subhuman?

No you should tilt your head up a little, the upper most ear hole point should line up with lower orbit. Maroon line is from the lowest most orbital point idk what it is called I cant remember. Looked it up it is called the infraorbital rim. Superior border of the external auditory meatus to the infraorbital rim.

Nope, they asked me to relax my face when taking the pics. With just a little effort I have a lip seal

Your doctor gave you your sugery plan? I think a trimax with a rhinoplasty would benefit you alot, also you dont have a convex profile, your convexity angle is straight.

I advanced your both jaw, changed your nose, removed your submental fat and fixed your lip relation. I also rotated your head to fit E-plane

Losing facial fat will be very helpful for you also

Need to lose fat for sure. Although, maybe being on soft/liquid foods after jaw surgery will make you lose weight anyway.
