I'm 18, just turned, and I'm deep into planning the hardmaxx surgery route. Already did one consult with Pagnoni (yourFACE) and have another one booked with Ramieri on June 17. Pagnoni genuinely told me to wait 3 years because soft tissues are still evolving. So realistic timeline for the actual surgery is around 2029-2030.
Right now I'm in the research phase, studying anatomy, about to start reading Facial Aesthetics by Farhad Naini to really get the technical understanding down. Budget wise I'm already at 25k saved with 3-4 years to hit 50k, so financially I'm on track.
The two pictures are my current side profile and the morph of the result i want to hit.
The main changes in the morph are forward growth of maxilla and mandible, better ramus projection, stronger chin positioning, and a cleaner dorsum with refined tip. On paper the combo checks out but i know there's a huge gap between what looks right on a morph and what a surgeon can actually deliver on real tissue, especially with soft tissue drape behaving differently post op.
Also wondering if 50k is realistically enough. Pagnoni, Ramieri, Raffaini are the names I'm considering in Italy. If 50k isn't enough id rather wait longer and save more than rush and get a mid result i have to revise later.
Lmk honestly if the morph is achievable or if I'm coping on something specific

The plan is trimax plus rhino, thats it.
What I'm trying to figure out is if this end result is genuinely realistic with that combo at 50k, or if I'm coping and would need implants or more work to actually get there. Pagnoni quoted me around 32k for the trimax itself which leaves roughly 18k for rhino plus whatever else might be needed. The main changes in the morph are forward growth of maxilla and mandible, better ramus projection, stronger chin positioning, and a cleaner dorsum with refined tip. My biggest worry is whether the morph is asking too much.
Because sometimes you stare at your own face so long you start morphing things that aren't achievable without implants or fillers. Also wondering if 50k is realistically enough.
