Best predictor would be a growth plate scan, whether you plates are open or nearly closed is the only thing that can tell you anything, and even then you really can't know your final height since it is ALL chance (genetics). For example my mother is 161cm (5'3) and father 176cm (5'9), I somehow managed to turn out to be 186cm (6'1). I grew up eating typical slop, candies, I even had an anorexic phase (JFL) and In the end I tower at family gatherings. It is all chance and nothing can predict it, pray to Gandy and hope for the best brother.
