i used socks on my lifts cut it and put it, it was very comfortable, and yes i can run with them

If you expect to be running around in elevator shoes you might want to reconsider.
Yeah that’s why I’m asking, for people who have experience with elevator shoes.
it works this way: there are 4 pieces every single one has 1,7 cm, i use 3 of the pieces witch makes me 7 cm taller, because its more comfortable to me but you can use up to 9 cm

9 cm is extreme imo, I’m 181 barefoot I want to larp as 185 at least

you need to put a nice sock around it so it doesnt hurt your feet
