You're better off dming the smarter users on this forum. After spending a bit of time on here though you start to become hyper aware of your flaws and you'll start researching what surgeries you need, and steadily become more knowledgeable than the guys running the ad. I'm sure it's not a terrible service but it's not worth even close to 125$
