What I don’t get is why it’s always the 2024-2026 users complaining that looksmaxxing got invaded by normies when they’re probably also just low IQ subsentients NTs who only discovered it because they were doomscrolling TikTok and the algorithm fed it to them.

If it went mainstream it’s because it was always going to go mainstream. A lot of core looksmaxxing ideas appeal way too strongly to zoomers for it to stay niche forever. And every niche ends up going through the same cycle the early majority and then the late majority show up and dilute all the truth seeking aspie shit that made the niche interesting in the first place
I do think it’s going to have bad consequences but it is what it is.

bro you need to undestand every grey isn't a normie or just a trend hopper like i myself was a 2023 instacel and knew abt this forum since the mid 2024 but i didnt bothered to make an account back then (which i truly reget)
But i can clearly remember that i started consuming self-improvement content when i was 12 or 13 something in 2022-23 and was obsessed with finding ways to increase my height so in my case i think in an alternate reality where bp didnt got popularised i would've still discovered about all this stuff ( maybe a lil late but yeah)
