How long has it been there? Looks too small to be melanoma but that doesn’t discount it from being actual cancer. Are the bumps raised? The only way you’ll actually know for certain is with a biopsy. See a dermatologist.

They are a little raised and have shrunk a little within the past month. If it gets bigger i will see a doctor
