This pyramid method is bs & too vague. No need to track warmups. Try 5 reps per muscle group per session max. And those 5 reps should be close to failure 0-2 RIR at least (4-10 range, if reaching 8 i usually go up the next sesh).

I agree with you, this is some plan my uncle bought so I posted It so se forums opinion, I believe excersise you do are not even that important, You should alaways pick excercises where you are most confiedent you will hit muscle you want, now is It with bicep curl or spider curl not important kinda water but yk

I'm assuming you don't go to a gym since all of these are just nomal plate loaded exercises.

You fucking retarded doing all this exercises, look. Dead, squat, bench, pullup, barbell row, pushup, dead hang, hipdip. Plank if u want asb , lat raise for bigger shoulders. If u have enough energy after doing barbell rows to do dumbell rows there barbell wasn't heavy enough. Whichs means its al lot harder to grow.. ur supposed to be stressing your central nevourst system

@unkownserbianslayer lol u ain't finishing accutane and then gaining 10x strength for shit. focus on the actual split first, then maybe worry about gh and ai. ur sub5 rn and that's the reality.
