I currently take these supplements daily-
1,000IU / 25mcg vitamin D3
340mg Magnesium glycinate
1,000mg Omega-3
5mg Vitamin E
1,000mg Calcium

And i’m thinking in buying these supplements as i heard they support testosterone and bone mass indirectly-
6mg Boron glycinate
30mg Zinc glycinate
900mg Ashwaghanda (KSM-66)
200mcg Vitamin K2
10,000IU / 3,000mcg beta carotene (Vitamin A)

So is this stack any good for improving testosterone and maybe bone mass or is it dogshit and purely cope?

These supps are doing essentially nothing for bonemass, ur test is mostly influenced by sleep and habits. boosting ur test naturally if you're already healthy is going to do nothing for you either. you see benefits from test when you achieve superphysiological levels.

This can help with overall quality of life and improving ur diet if you arent eating nutrient dense foods, but hitting your micronutrients vs not is not going to give you bonemass unless you're like 12

For bone mass, these are enough:
1200mg elemental (not compound) calcium
200mcg k2
1000 iu d3
400mg magnesium bisglycinate

For test, supplements can be helpful only if you had deficiency in them. Plus, ashwaga is probably just an acient demonic herb and won't do any serious improvement

I don't know. But I think that might be too excessive for just an minute improvement in your genetics.

it’s so expensive so that’s why all the dosages are low 💔

How about you keep the number of supplements you buy low instead of the doses, brah

may not be relevant but...

other day i found out that 1 egg shell contains the same amount of calcium as 3 glasses of milk. So take a couple egg shells, wash them out and dry in the oven until its bone dry, fit them into a blender and blend into a powder, add it to anything like a sprinkle.
95% of the egg is calcium carbonate.

important: make sure its a fine powder. use a pestel & mortar to grind it better otherwise its not digested properly.

Only 1000IU of vit D3 daily? Also that's alot of zinc, you usually get enough from food and studies show it only increases test when deficient. Gonna have to be careful w zinc/copper ratio. Also lots of cope supplements but you do you lol, I also did this back in the days but I wish I would've pinned instead.

Ya well I used to be scared too, regardless theres not any long term health effects unless you abuse the shit out of them. Just start w insulin needles and go further w needles designed for IM use.
