I have a girlfriend who i fucked nearly everyday and she likes me a lot.


But right now i’m 18%bf, skinny fat, acne, bad hair, etc..


(my face still is low htn i’d say, but could be way better)

I just want to break up with her cos i feel i’m not good enough for her and just want to improve myself type shi..

Anyone else in relationships feel this way?
