To the vast majority of people who aren’t autists who expect every human face to have perfect ratios. You are a decent looking person. You’re coping with face but your 5’7-5’8 height is likely a bigger failo than your “horse face” that most people won’t even care about lmao, not too mention your face is harmonious the way it is. And even if there was some surgery to lower your midface, it would throw off the harmony and you’d end up looking botched.
