There is a reason why the 3 pillars of MGTOW are: 1) no kids, 2) no cohabitation, and 3) no marriage

It is because, by avoiding those 3 things, most of the injustices done against men can be prevented, so it's the best way for men today to protect themselves against the unfair justice system which favours women. There are many risks linked with each of those 3 things. But only 1 risk linked with sex (false accusations), so having casual sex is the least risky choice. To have no risk at all, you'd have to completely avoid women.

Also, you're at a higher risk of being falsely accused if you are in a marriage or in a commited relationship than if you are single because they can't be bitter against someone that they don't know.

If you have kids, and then your girlfriend decides to leave you, she will take the children with her, if she wants full custody, she can falsely accuse you of domestic violence, and there is nothing you can do about it, the judge and jury will see you as the bad oppressor and her as the weak victim and you will lose. Even a man with 10/10 looks would lose in that situation because of the simple fact that he is a man.

So, when you have kids, or when you get married, you are taking a huge risk for a very tiny reward, you are putting all the power in the hands of women, who could ruin your life if they wanted to.

Sex is not needed to survive, unlike food, I shouldn't even need to explain this to you since this is common sense that even a child would understand.

Sex is simply an urge that can be controlled very easily by either having lots of protected sex or by jerking off every time you get the urge.

And following biological instincts does not lead to happiness, it leads to propagation of the species no matter the cost.
