Is this attractive ? great profile but front is uncanny, zero definition, poor angularity + his jaw is wider than his neck.

Near 90 degree angle, long ramus and low set ears. Yes that ramus angle growth is ideal.

People don't understand this angle thing, the gonial angle is not necessarily linked to horizontal part.
You can have an almost 90° gonial angle with a plunging mandible
You can have a good 115° gonial angle with poor chin projection or else.

The most important part of the jaw is the chin, even somes chads like gandy don't have great gonions, but tall square jaw is key.

We're talking about about jaw profile aren't we?

in the jaw, you have the ramus (vertical part) and the mandible's body (horizontal/oblique part)

The horizontal part is not always related to the gonial angle :
If you tell people 90° gonial angle, they will think about minecraft head, assuming that gonial will be in line like 180° with the chin.

But, like the pics i posted, you can have a 90° angle, yet the chin still going downward so not in the same line

Profile is related to the the front, life is motion not pictures man.
You can't have defined profile angle if they don't appear from the front.
