With a frame like this:
-maximum clothing variety. You could get clothes from the mens, womens, and childrens sections.
-not intimidating to men, so it's easier to make friends.
-less intimidating to women, so they don't have to clutch their purses when they see you at night.
-much easier to transition MTF if you choose to do that later on.
-easier to take your shirt off. You know how men have to stretch their shirts and pull on them to get them over their shoulders, while women just lift them off? It's because men have wider shoulders/narrower hips and women have the opposite.

It would not be a good female frame, though. Having this kind of build (excessively narrow shoulders, Mewtwo midsection) looks bad on women, too.
