The ideal is a range, and that’s at the smaller end of the range, but still ideal. A bigger guy could show up and mog away your whole body halo though.

Well he has really good delts so he must look wide in clothes but his arms seem to be skinny so that physique is not ideal. Arms leave much to be desired

He's lean enough to be chiselled despite poor bone structure but there's nothing to show off. He should probably stay lean because of that.
