Last week till now i got no motivation to do shit, im on cycle and starvemax like a motherfucker, i eat 500 calories at most.

All i do is play fortnite and cod like when i was younger + i smoke so i dont get hungry.

Right now im just seing how my bones are and if they are good. (Beside my fucked bigonial with) i will try to looksmax.

kinda doing the same but not as extreme im lifting and eating 1 meal a day usually rice and meat/curry + bananas for potassium

its going ok i was super bloated beforehand.

i definitely feel less fat in my face and my jawline has started to protrude a little bit more, however these arent noticeable enough for anyone else to see, but im happy so far, its only been about a month so hopefully i can see how my bones shape out to be after a decent amount of time

im literally eyeballing it to be honest, i dont count hard calories i just stick to eating bananas before workouts and my 1 meal for dinner. probably because i was relatively untrained before, so gains are faster.

if i had to estimate id say 1600(?) but this is using chatgpt this could be way off.

initially i got like extremely hungry to the point where i couldnt function, then i realised when youre making a big change to your diet to like slow it downand decline over the course of a week or a few days.

i still binge occasionally dont go full cold turkey, but i limit it to a day max

yeah im on a gap year, so progress can be like over 6 months, as im not too concerned for time.

i have no idea how u can manage 500cal
